Stand-by-me & iRock – Stronger Through Music Activity Day

Stand-by-me is delighted to be partnering with iRock to offer a unique and uplifting Music Activity Day for bereaved children aged 7–11.

iRock is known for bringing music to life in schools across the UK and Northern Ireland, giving children the chance to learn contemporary instruments, play in bands, and perform live. Their approach builds confidence, encourages creativity, and helps children feel part of something special.

This one-day experience will give children the chance to:

• Take part in fun, hands-on music workshops.
• Play in a band with other children.
• Build confidence and connections in a supportive environment.
• End the day with a feel-good performance.

The day is specifically designed for children who have experienced the death of someone close to them, offering a safe space to have fun, meet others, and create positive memories.
