Stronger Together Through Music – Stand-by-me & iRock Collaboration

Stand-by-me is delighted to be partnering with iRock to offer a fully funded, unique and uplifting Music Activity Day for bereaved children aged 7–11.

iRock is known for bringing music to life in schools across the UK and Northern Ireland, giving children the chance to learn contemporary instruments, play in bands, and perform live. Their approach builds confidence, encourages creativity, and helps children feel part of something special.

Together, we’re creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children can connect with others who understand their experiences. Throughout the day, children will take part in interactive music workshops, learn new skills, and work as a team to create their own band sound.

The day will end with an exciting concert-style performance, giving children the opportunity to showcase what they’ve achieved and celebrate their creativity with pride. Supported by a team of experienced, DBS-checked musicians, this is a wonderful opportunity for children to make music, make friends, and make lasting memories.
