Stand-by-me Partners with Knebworth Golf Club for their ‘Stronger Together Through Golf’ Activity Day

Stand-by-me is delighted to be partnering with Knebworth Golf Club to offer a free, fully funded golf activity day for bereaved young people aged 11–17.

The Stronger Together Through Golf activity day has been created to give young people who have experienced the death of someone close to them the opportunity to enjoy a fun and supportive day outdoors, learn new skills, and connect with others who may have had similar experiences.

Led by professional golf coaches, participants will have the chance to try golf in a relaxed and welcoming environment, regardless of their previous experience. The day will include coaching, games, and activities designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork, and create positive memories.

As well as learning the basics of golf, young people will be able to meet new friends, challenge themselves, and enjoy time in a safe space supported by the Stand-by-me team.

The event is completely free to attend, with all equipment provided, so no previous golf experience is required.

Places are limited, and advance booking is essential.
