Welwyn Tennis Club Chooses Stand-by-me as Charity of the Year
We are delighted to announce that Welwyn Tennis Club has chosen Stand-by-me Bereavement Support as its Charity of the Year.
This exciting partnership will see the Club supporting our work over the coming year, helping us to raise vital funds and awareness so that we can continue providing bereavement support to children, young people and families across our local community.
Our partnership is already off to a fantastic start. We recently attended Welwyn Tennis Club’s Open Day, where we had the opportunity to meet members, introduce them to Stand-by-me, and share more about the difference their support can make. It was wonderful to receive such a warm welcome, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to chat with us and learn about our work.
We’re looking forward to working alongside the Club throughout the year and getting involved in a range of fundraising activities and events. Together, we hope to raise both awareness and much-needed funds to ensure that no bereaved child or young person has to face their grief alone.
